I'm Gabriel
I started out on building sites as a bricklayer and stayed twenty years, ending up running the crew and following jobs from start to finish. Then I specialised in plumbing: boilers, air conditioning, pipework, bathrooms.
The advantage of having done both trades is simple. When I have to move a drain, I also know what's inside that wall; and when I close a wall up, I know how a pipe runs through it. Call three different firms and, usually, all you do is get them arguing with each other.
I come and look at the job, I tell you what's needed and what it costs. Then you decide.
